About this listing

Residents enjoy many landscaped gardens around Cottage Grove, which include outdoor seating and a gazebo area. Large communal gathering spaces and several lounge and sitting areas overlooking the gardens can also be found across the site. A secure garden and courtyard, as part of the support unit, can be enjoyed by residents living with dementia and their families. Our chef prepares all food on-site daily with two courses served for lunch and three courses for dinner each day. Health professionals, including a podiatrist, speech pathologist and dietitian, visit regularly. Our physiotherapist supervises the on-site gym which features specially designed equipment for building strength, increasing fitness and improving or maintaining mobility. There is also a varied social program that residents can choose to participate in including crafts, games and physical activities. Cottage Grove?s dedicated hairdresser also provides services to residents in the on-site salon.

Respite Service Provider Fees & Agreement

If you are approved for respite care in an aged care home by an ACAT, the Australian Government will subsidise your costs and pay the Aged Care Home directly. You will also be expected to contribute to the cost of your care. Respite fees are not the same as those for permanent residents in an aged care home. Your aged care provider cannot ask you to pay a means-tested care fee or an accommodation payment. Your provider may ask you to pay up to four types of fees. These must be recorded in your Resident Agreement. Draft Resident Agreement is attached

Draft or Sample Resident's Agreement is not provided by the Service Provider. They will share it with you at the time of finalising the agreement.

Aged care home will be in contact with you to finalise your agreement after the booking is accepted by them through myRespiteAccom platform and prior to your check-in day
