About this listing

Embracia offer respite care for both planned breaks and unforeseen situations where respite is more urgently needed. We provide nursing and personal care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our experienced and caring team of Registered Nurses and Personal Carers provide care focused on your individual needs and preferences. We also offer specialised dementia respite care in our dementia-friendly household. We endeavour to ensure Embracia always feels homely, warm and welcoming. Our Household model creates small communities of approx. 20 people who each enjoy a private, single ensuite bedroom and share living and dining areas. Our talented in-house kitchen team prepare delicious and nutritious homecooked meals, tailoring menus to dietary needs. We assist people to live life to the fullest, whatever their individual needs and interests. Our lifestyle team create a varied and ever-changing program of activities.

Respite Service Provider Fees & Agreement

If you are approved for respite care in an aged care home by an ACAT, the Australian Government will subsidise your costs and pay the Aged Care Home directly. You will also be expected to contribute to the cost of your care. Respite fees are not the same as those for permanent residents in an aged care home. Your aged care provider cannot ask you to pay a means-tested care fee or an accommodation payment. Your provider may ask you to pay up to four types of fees. These must be recorded in your Resident Agreement. Draft Resident Agreement is attached

Draft or Sample Resident's Agreement is not provided by the Service Provider. They will share it with you at the time of finalising the agreement.

Aged care home will be in contact with you to finalise your agreement after the booking is accepted by them through myRespiteAccom platform and prior to your check-in day
