Karri and Tuart Lodge is a refurbished 110 bed facility located in the northern suburb of Merriwa situated within the picturesque streetscape of the RAAFA Estate. Karri offers permanent, respite and secure dementia care. Our facility comprises 90 generous sized single rooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as 20 suites. Suites consist of a living area with kitchenette, separate bedroom with generous sized ensuite and small private verandah. All rooms have direct access to outdoor courtyards and meandering pathways that have an abundance of sunlight surrounded by gardens, birdlife and places to relax. Jasmine House, our 32 bed wing specifically built for those living with dementia has single bedrooms with ensuites is surrounded by landscaped gardens, courtyards and outdoor areas to enjoy some fresh air. Other benefits include visiting allied health professionals, our own physiotherapist and occupational therapist teams, onsite visiting hairdresser and salon facility, hydro spa
